MATECH wage system aims to improve the performance and quality of the personnel, therefore, the person’s competencies, performances and market conditions are taken into account when determining the wage.

The transportation of the personnel to the factory is carried out by the shuttle system passing through different routes. Food service is provided by the contracted company within the factory.

New personnel joining MATECH Solar Panel are included in orientation programs planned according to the job and position. Within this orientation program, the personnel is informed by experts from other departments of the company. Gains information about production and HR processes.
